Article content The Fort Saskatchewan Public Library is thrilled to announce the return of its Celebrate Summer BINGO program designed to encourage a love of reading during the summer months. Thanks to the generous sponsorship from Fort Saskatchewan’s Twice But Nice, this year’s challenge promises to be bigger and better than ever.

Celebrate Summer BINGO is open to all ages and will kick off on July 2 and run through August 31. Recommended Videos Starting Thursday July 2, the community is invited to pick up a BINGO card at the library or to play virtually using the Beanstack app. To play, simply mark BINGO squares by completing the activity or “buy” a square by reading for 30 minutes.

Kids can earn weekly prizes and those who complete the full BINGO sheet can turn it in for a book that’s theirs to keep. Teens and Adults who complete the full BINGO sheets can enter to win a grand prize. This is all thanks to this year’s sponsor, Twice But Nice.

“We are thrilled to have Twice But Nice sponsor our Summer Reading Challenge,” says Donna McDonnell, Library Assistant with the Fort Saskatchewan Public Library. “Reading is a vital skill that opens doors to endless possibilities, and we are dedicated to fostering that love within our community.

With Twice But Nice’s support, we look forward to reaching even more participants this year and, together, providing our community with fun and enriching opportunities this summer.” The Fort Saskatchewan Public Library recently launched its summer program guide.
