A rancher in the Swift Current area is asking for help after three calves were stolen from his farm earlier this month. Local rancher Keith Folk took to social media to ask the public for their help on Tuesday. According to Folk, a trio of his calves were taken from his property north of Swift Current without permission just after 12 p.m. on July 7.
Providing a photo of the alleged thief, Folk asked members of the public to come forward. “Please share this post to help spread the word,” he wrote. “Thank you to everyone who takes the time to share it.”
In a statement to CTV News, RCMP confirmed the theft was reported on July 7. The investigation, which includes Swift Current RCMP and a livestock investigator, is ongoing. The service encouraged those with information that could assist the investigation to reach out to RCMP or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
