P.E.I. man dies following collision between motorcycle and tractor trailer

A 29-year-old man is dead following a crash between a motorcycle and a tractor trailer in Cavendish, P.E.I., on Monday afternoon.

A 29-year-old man is dead following a crash between a motorcycle and a tractor trailer in Cavendish, P.E.I., on Monday afternoon. The RCMP responded to a 911 call about the crash on Route 6 near the Raspberry Point Oyster Bar around 3:45 p.m. Download the CTV News App for breaking news alerts and video on all the top stories A collision reconstructionist also attended the scene, according to an RCMP news release.

“At this time, it does not appear drugs or alcohol are a factor in this incident,” the release reads. “However, the investigation is ongoing. “Our thoughts are with the victim’s family and friends at this difficult time.”
