Home » Obituary of William James Isaac William “Bill” James Isaac Our Bill passed incredibly peacefully with his loved ones by his side on Saturday, June 13, 2026. Bill was surrounded by big band music and nature sounds throughout his final journey.

Bill is survived by his wife of 60+ years, Barbara Anne (Macdonald) Isaac of Wellington, ON, his daughter Leigh Anne Isaac, son-in-law, Douglas Edward Carson Scheidner, granddaughter, Stella Anne Isaac Schneidner, godson, Douglas Steven Macdonald, several brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews and their families. Bill is predeceased by his son, William Shawn Isaac, brother, Ronald Jack Isaac, parents, Lydia Evelyn (Jones) Isaac and Leigh Honey Isaac. Bill cherished his neighbours, musicians, colleagues, friends (old and new) and those folks who came into his life for a reason, a season or a lifetime.

Bill’s funeral will be held at McPherson Funeral Home in Kimberley, BC on Friday July 17, 2026 at 1pm. There will be a celebration of life for Bill in Warkworth, ON, on Thanksgiving weekend, following Bill will enter into rest in Warkworth Cemetery. mcphersonfh.com
