Bob died peacefully, at North Bay Regional Health Centre on Friday, April 17, 2026. He was 90 years old. Bob was predeceased by his wife Marilyn (Hayward) (1937-2022).

Bob died peacefully, at North Bay Regional Health Centre on Friday, April 17, 2026. He was 90 years old. Bob was predeceased by his wife Marilyn (Hayward) (1937-2022).

He was the beloved father of David (Heather) of Beaverbank, NS, Donald of Hamilton, Douglas of Powassan, Larry of Hamilton and Patrick of Restoule. He was the much-loved grandfather of five: Robert, Jennifer, Tom, Allyson, and Amanda, and six great-grandchildren. Bob will be fondly remembered by his cousin Larry Baker (Ann) of Alberton.

A longtime resident of Restoule, Bob was retired from a career as a truck driver. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 11:00 am, at Powassan Union Cemetery.
