Inhibikase Therapeutics raises $50M via ATM sale to RA Capital, extending cash runway through Phase 3 IMPROVE-PAH topline data readout.

Inhibikase Therapeutics (IKT) announced on Tuesday that it has sold 25M shares of its common stock to RA Capital Management through its at-the-market, or ATM, facility for gross proceeds of $50M. Shares of IKT dropped over 9% during pre-market trading hours. The company expects that the additional capital raised through this financing, together with existing cash reserves, will support operations through topline data readout in Part B of its ongoing global Phase 3 IMPROVE-PAH clinical study.
