Apple Canada Now Selling Refurbished iPad Mini A17 Pro Apple has officially added the latest iPad mini to its certified refurbished store in Canada. Those looking for a deal on the A17 Pro model can now save a decent amount of cash compared to buying a brand new tablet. Looking at Apple.ca, the refurbished 128GB Wi-Fi version is currently listed for $709.

That works out to a $140 discount off the regular retail price of $849. Originally released back in October 2024, the nearly two-year old iPad mini runs on the A17 Pro chip. It features an 8.3-inch screen, Touch ID, and a 12-megapixel camera.

Available colours include Purple, Blue, Starlight, and Space Grey. Every certified refurbished unit from Apple comes with a brand new battery and a fresh outer shell. You get a new white box alongside all manuals and charging cables.

You also get the exact same one-year warranty and 15-day return policy as a standard new purchase. Of course, these refurbished units have gone live in Canada on the same day Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman said an iPad mini refresh is coming this fall. Apple will likely increase prices on the new iPad mini due to the memory shortages right now, so buying refurbished is never a bad idea.
